Welcome to the fine print. Don’t worry, we’ll keep it short and sweet—no legal jargon or confusing terms here. Just the stuff you actually need to know to make your shopping experience easy (and fun). Now, let’s get to it.

Shipping

We don’t do things in bulk. Every piece of art you order is made to order . Once you place your order, it gets printed and shipped straight to you. Expect your order to be with you in 7-10 business days. Shipping times can vary depending on where you are in the world, but we’ll make sure you know where your order’s at with tracking info.

Pro Tip: We’re based in Scotland , but we ship worldwide. So, no matter where you are, we’ve got you covered.

Returns and Exchanges

We make your art when you order it, which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges. It’s the price you pay for originality. But we get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your print arrives damaged or defective (shocking, right?), hit us up within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or refund. We want you to love your art as much as we do.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives looking like it’s been on a wild ride, send us a picture of the damage within 7 days. We’ll replace it or refund you, no questions asked (except for the whole “what happened to my art?” thing).

 

If your package gets lost in the abyss of the postal system, let us know. We’ll track it down together, but once it leaves our hands, we can’t take responsibility for it. So, keep an eye on that tracking number.

Privacy

We like your privacy as much as you do. We use Wix’s secure e-commerce platform, so all your personal details are locked up tight. We won’t sell your information to anyone (not even to those annoying pop-up ads). Your data’s safe with us, and we treat it like it’s our own.
